ALTRA WARRANTY - HONG KONG
At Altra, we stand behind our products and are glad to assist you if you have any issues with the quality of our shoes. Altra Hong Kong provides a warranty on any manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase on shoes either purchased online from altrarunning.hk or any authorised Altra retailer in Hong Kong.
Altra warranty program does not cover defects due to improper fit, normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
Products covered by the Altra warranty will be replaced at Altra’s discretion.
PROCEDURE.
FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT AN AUTHORISED ALTRA DEALER IN HONG KONG : Please contact the retailer from where you purchased the shoes directly, the warranty process will be handled by the retailer who will then communicate with Altra Running Hong Kong
Altra Running Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision to decide if the product warrants repair or replacement and Altra Running Hong Kong will communicate the decision to the retailer concerned.
After receiving all required information for the claim from the retailer, our customer service team will acknowledge the claim back to the retailer within 7 business days after receiving the shoes .
The process of determining the claim normally takes between 5-14 business days (depending on public holidays etc) and we will notify the retailer of our decision accordingly. *Failure to include any portion of the requested information to the retailer may result in a significant delay or denial of the claim.
FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE FROM altrarunning.hk the warranty process will be handled directly by Altra Running Hong Kong
Please inform us of your claim via the contact points defined below and by completing the following Google Form and then return the shoes to the service centre at 14f Simsons Commercial Building, 137-139 Johnson Road, Wanchai. Our customer service team will acknowledge the claim back to you within 7 business days after receiving the shoes. Sales items are not covered by the warranty policy.

The following are NOT covered by the Altra guarantee:
Case not affecting normal usage
Fraying due to abuse
Deterioration as a result of water abuse
Sole wearing out or worn through
Colour fade
Cuts, scratches, burns, etc.
Damage caused by negligence, misuse or alteration of products
Fit, Blisters, Comfort
