The ALTRA TIMP 4 is a light weight, multi terrain trail shoe for runners providing an extremely comfortable ride and excellent energy return. The TIMP 4 has a fully upgraded midsole material featuring EGO™ MAX ensuring lightness, durability and resilience, comparable to road racing running shoes, while maintaining a comfortable and soft foot feel.
It's equally suited for trail running or leisurely hikes. In the version 4, the upper and collar are upgraded and improved in structure, and covered with a more durable and breathable material mesh for protection to provide a more snug fit.
The outsole continues to be equipped with the Maxtrac ™ compound with a totally new multi-directional lug design suitable for cross-country trails, whilst maintaining wear resistance and grip performance.
